*The service call fee for the first hour is $195 ($245 out of our service area). In most cases, a spa can be repaired within an hour for just the cost of the service call and parts.
If the spa requires more work than is covered by the cost of the service call, an estimate will be provided.
If more work is done, the service call fee will be applied as a credit towards the total amount.
If no work is done in addition to the service call, the service call fee will still need to be paid.
